Our team of Designers and Design Program Managers share the superpower of empathizing, understanding, and applying our users’ and customers’ needs, with the mission to create product experiences that they love. At ServiceNow, Design has a very intentional seat at the table when products are created, so our team collaborates closely with both engineering and product management right from the get go. Our Research team – focused on Market, Product, UX, and Customer Research – understands what customers need and works relentlessly to make discoveries that elevate our products and create experiences that our customers love. Our Researchers lead customer and partner research, enabling executive, product, design, and engineering leadership to make data-driven product strategy decisions.
